Have you read our Terms and Conditions page? It tells you what’s expected of you and how to pay. If you’re ok with all that, just fill out the form below to start the booking process with our friendly Bookings Officer, Faye Hick. Faye will be in touch with you to discuss our terms and confirm arrangements. And she can answer any questions you may have about the great facilities in our new Hall!

Make a booking

Note that 25% of the hire fee is required to confirm the booking.  This is non refundable.  The bond and the balance of the hire fee is due 14 days before the hire date.  The bond will be refunded on line  within 10 working days provided the Hall Hire Terms and Conditions are fully met
